A: Most of tractor or its implements need 35 days to leave the factory from received the order. Most of our spare parts get out next day. Special cases requirements should be recalculated. Depend on the quantity of your order.
A: Any part that is painted as a primer to prohibit rust. The part must be repainted and in some cases, stripped and repainted.
A: To determine the width of a wheel/rim measure the inside (bead to bead) NOT outside to outside.

A: Yes. You’d better provide the machine nameplate number, diesel engine number, parts manual and parts name. Even provide the page, serial number and code. The tractor nameplate can be found in the side of fenders or on the transmission housing. The engine nameplate can be found on the valve cover or on the side of the block. We can use these data to determine the correct parts that you need.
A: Most engines have a tag on the valve cover or on the side of the block that will state the model and family name of your engine. You will need this information to order any parts for your engine.

A: If it does not fit, or if it is unused, we take it back, we refund your money and there is no restocking fee. This return policy does not apply to glass or seat orders, for which there is a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns without a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#).
